ItalPresseGauss introduces own Service and Parts team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

After more than 20 years, ItalPresseGauss, a Norican technology, and Schwabenhydraulik GmbH have decided to end their partnership by the end of 2019. Since 2017, ItalPresseGauss has been part of Norican Group which is home to four leading technology brands: DISA, ItalPresseGauss, StrikoWestofen, Wheelabrator with digitization solutions supported by Norican Digital. Together, the Group offers customers around the world a broad spectrum of solutions, spanning end-to-end grey iron foundry equipment, integrated light alloy casting solutions, high-end furnace technology for light metal, as well as surface preparation and finishing technologies. Every Norican technology brand is committed to providing the best support services to its customers regardless of their location. To better fulfil this commitment to customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH region), ItalPresseGauss will now service the DACH region with its own German-based service team and a dedicated parts warehouse in Southern Germany.

Hence, we are now following our group’s best practice: We will integrate the service for ItalPresseGauss customers into our proven Norican Group structure which focuses on using local internal experts to serve our customers to ensure highest up-time of their Norican technology”, said Peter Holm Larsen, President of the Global Product Group Parts Formation to which ItalPresseGauss belongs.
