Notice on Privacy

a) Personal information voluntarily provided by you when completing the registration form in the preparation of requests for information regarding the company's products, services, promotions, marketing, events and promotional activities will be processed, even by information technology and telematic means on databases, for the following purposes:

1. managerial, statistical, commercial, promotional, advertising purposes relating to Italpresse Industrie S.r.l. Società Unipersonale products and services

b) Providing personal data is optional, however, refusal to respond or to provide consent may make it impossible for the Company to comply with a user's requests.

c) Personal data provided may be communicated and disseminated, for all the purposes described in letter a) of this privacy policy statement, to other companies belonging the Italpresse Industrie S.r.l. Società Unipersonale group

d) Personal data provided by you will be processed for the purposes referred to in paragraph a) of this privacy policy statement, including through the following methods: fax, phone, even without operator assistance, e-mail, and other IT and/or automated communication.

e) In relation to the above processing, the data subject to whom the personal data refers has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, to verify the accuracy or request integration or updating, or correction, in accordance with Article 7 of (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Pursuant to the same article, the data subject has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data that concern him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection or for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or sales communication.

h) Personal data provided may be transferred abroad, within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Article 42 of (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad, outside the European Union, within the limits of Article 44 letter b) of (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

In this regard, note that Italpresse Industrie S.r.l. Società Unipersonale can operate solely with subjects that have subscribed to the "Safe Harbour Principles concerning confidentiality" (safe harbour agreement).
